Additional differences such as paper, perforation or gum are not included. Bureau precanceled stamps frequently come from more that one city, a representative example for each is shown on the pages. 

For Scott 3317-20 a space has been left to mount the strip with the top selvage if desired. For convenient reference the Scott Catalogue Number appears in each space.Pages can be housed in Scott Specialty Series Binders & Slipcases. A binder label is also available. For items not included in the album, packs of titled, blank pages for United States are available.
