On pages 5 and 8, the horizontal lines are guidelines for the placement of your mount for Scott 2975 (Civil War) and Scott 3000 (Comic Strip Classics) sheets; our page size does not allow for our usual format. On page 7, under the illustration of Scott 2982 (Louis Armstrong), we have allowed space for you to mount whatever configuration of Scott 2983-2992 (Jazz Musicians) you prefer. On page 9, we have illustrated the block of 4 of Scott 3004-3007 (Christmas), space did not allow for illustrating both the block and strip of 4; please use the blank page provided if you wish to mount the strip of 4. Page 10 of this supplement, updates and replaces page 4 of Supplement No. 21 Part 2, in the style of the original page which included a story under each illustration. We discontinued the stories in Supplement No. 23 (1993).
