Page 1 replaces page 2 of Supplement No. 63 (2001) to update perforation changes in the catalogue. Pages 2 and 3 provide spaces for booklets not previously provided. Pages 4 and 5 replace pages 5 and 10 of Supplement No. 64 (2002) to correct type for Scott 3549Bc and an incorrect image for Scott 3625a.

NOTE: In Supplement No. 64 (2002) on page 9 and on page 13 for Scott 3636c the perforation should read 10.5 x 10.75. And on page 19 Scott 3687d should read 3687b. All booklet panes issued through November,2003, as listed in the Scott Catalogue,are included.
