Pages 1 and 2 update and replace page 1 of Supplement No. 59 (1997). Page 2 contains space for Scott 3051c, wbich will be listed in the May 2000 Scott Stamp Monthly cata1ogue update. The catalogue numbers shown on pages 6 and 12 reflect editorial changes that will also appear in the May 2000 catalogue update.

On pages 9 and 10 for Scott 3313a and 3355a, space has been left to collect one or two panes if it is desired to show both sides of the booklet.

All booklet panes issued through 1999, as listed in the Scott Catalogue, are included.
