Scott National Series Album Pages: U.S. 20th Century Blocks of Four 2000 Supplement #61. This supplement contains a total of 12 pages. Pages 1 and 2 are blank titled pages for the Celebrate the Century series Scott 3190-3191. On page 5 we have allowed space for the pane of 10 of Scott 3378 (Pacific Coast Rain Forest). On page 9 we have allowed space for the pane of 20 of Scott 3403 (The Stars and Stripes). Page 10 has space for the pane of 20 of Scott 3408 (Legends of Baseball).
NOTE: In some recent supplements we have allowed space for entire panes when printed with decorative selvaige. As the USPS uses this style more each year, we feel that we are getting away from the 0riginal intent of this product as a place to display se-tenant blocks as listed in the Scott Catalogues. In the future full panes will only be included if all designs are different.
