On page 5 we have shown the horizontal se-tenant pair for Scott 4404-4405 and allowed space on the page to mount the vertical pair if that is prefered. Page 6 shows se-tenant strips for Scott 4409-4413 and Scott 4417- 4420 which are positioned to enable you to mount the strips with the top selvage if desired. Page 11 updates and replaces page 18 of Supplement No. 67 (2006). Page 31 updates and replaces page 34 of Supplement No. 69 (2008). Page 37 replaces page 38 of Supplement No. 69 because Timor became an independent state on May 20, 2002. Scott 351 was the last issue while under U.N. administration. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
