The following 1992 stamps do not appear: Scott2184A, 2193 and2491 as they are part of developing sets and will appear in a future supplement. Included in this supplement are 3 blank United Nations pages for collectors who wish to mount the Human Bights issues in strips of three with the se-tenant language tabs.
